Job summary

Anne Corder Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join the People team on a 12-month maternity cover contract in Ely, hybrid working. You will deliver digital learning initiatives, partner with the wider business and drive impactful projects across the organisation.

The role focuses on designing blended programmes, optimising the LMS, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create business-relevant content in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development roles.
• Experience designing learning solutions using digital and in-person approaches.
• Strong experience with Learning Management Systems and learning technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
• Experience working in a complex or matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive and adaptable approach with the confidence to work with ambiguity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot when needed.
• Experience creating digital learning content would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across functions to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
• Design and deliver blended learning programmes, including digital and classroom learning.
• Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the LMS.
• Lead digital learning projects from concept through to implementation.
• Create engaging e-learning content and learning pathways.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers to deliver learning solutions.
• Support introducing new learning technologies and continual system improvements.
• Produce reporting and insights to measure learning effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create business-relevant content.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while priorities change.

Working closely with the Head of Learning & Development, you'll play a key role in delivering digital learning initiatives, partnering with the wider business and driving projects that make a genuine impact across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing as Learning & Development Partner

• Partnering with stakeholders across multiple business functions to identify learning needs and develop practical, engaging solutions.
• Designing and delivering blended learning programmes, including digital and face-to-face learning.
• Supporting the continued development and optimisation of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Leading digital learning projects from concept through to implementation.
• Creating engaging e-learning content and learning pathways that support business capability.
• Managing relationships with external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of learning solutions.
• Supporting the implementation of new learning technologies and continuous system improvements.
• Producing meaningful reporting and insights to support learning effectiveness.
• Working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts to create business-relevant learning content.
• Managing several projects simultaneously whilst adapting to changing business priorities.

What We’re Looking For – Learning & Development Partner

• Previous experience in a Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development role.
• Experience designing engaging learning solutions using both digital and classroom-based approaches.
• Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems and learning technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and build credibility at all levels.
• Experience working within a complex or matrix organisation with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and the confidence to work with ambiguity.
• The ability to think on your feet, pivot when required and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience creating digital learning content would be highly advantageous.
