Yorkshire Water is seeking a Learning Lab Host to create a welcoming learning environment and to support sessions across the Learning Lab. You will manage bookings, greet learners, set up rooms, and coordinate with Learning Delivery colleagues.

This role emphasizes collaboration with the People Team, ensuring schedules align with activity and capacity constraints while maintaining high learner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, coordination, administration, or learning support environment.
• Strong organisational skills to manage bookings, schedules and room requirements.
• Confident communication with colleagues, visitors and stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail; keep spaces tidy and prepared.
• Ability to respond calmly to queries, changes and competing requests.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools and booking systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Learning teams and Workplace Experience.
• Commitment to delivering a great colleague and learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, organised and professional learning environment for colleagues, facilitators, visitors and partners.
• Provide day-to-day support to ensure learning sessions run smoothly; greet learners and manage bookings.
• Help manage room capacity, training schedules and operational requirements across the Learning Lab.
• Work with Learning Engagement and Delivery Manager and Workplace Experience to support learning delivery.
