Job summary

Yorkshire Water invites applications for a Learning Lab Host in a permanent full-time role. You will create a welcoming learning environment, support sessions, manage bookings, and ensure the space reflects our learning proposition.

You will work with the Learning Engagement and Delivery Manager and Workplace Experience to coordinate schedules, capacity, and queries, contributing to a positive learner experience and colleagues' development across Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, coordination, administration, or learning support.
• Strong organisational skills to manage bookings and schedules.
• Confident, helpful communication with colleagues and visitors.
• Attention to detail and tidy, well-prepared spaces.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and scheduling systems.
• Ability to collaborate with Learning colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, organised learning environment in the Learning Lab.
• Provide day-to-day support to run learning sessions smoothly.
• Help manage room capacity, bookings, and training schedules.
• Ensure spaces reflect Yorkshire Water’s learning proposition.
• Work with Learning Engagement and Delivery Manager and Workplace Experience.
