Yorkshire Water is hiring a Learning Design Specialist in Leeds. The role develops engaging learning content and resources to boost performance. You will work with the Learning Design Manager and Delivery Manager to translate briefs into pathways and digital assets, ensuring on-brand, accessible learning for colleagues.

Hybrid working is offered with three days in the office. The role supports continuous improvement and a learning organisation. 37 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.
