Yorkshire Water is hiring a Learning Engagement & Delivery Manager in Leeds. The role supports a business-led learning agenda to improve capability, compliance and performance, with a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office) and a 37-hour week Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning, HR, OD, or business partnering.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into learning briefs with clear outcomes.
• Own learning demand and triage process, prioritise and allocate to specialists.
• Oversee delivery planning and capacity across the Learning Team.
• Collaborate with Learning Design, Delivery, Technology and compliance teams.
• Manage third‑party training relationships with procurement and suppliers.
