Job summary

Yorkshire Water is hiring a Learning Engagement & Delivery Manager to lead business-led learning initiatives that improve capability, compliance and performance. You will be the key link between the business and the Learning Team, translating needs into high-impact solutions and ensuring delivery plans are realistic and aligned to priorities.

The role is based at Leeds offices with a hybrid model (3 days in the office). Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday within 8:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning, HR, organisational development or related field.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning briefs and plans.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and delivery risk management.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear learning briefs and outcomes.
• Own the learning demand and triage process across the team.
• Oversee planning and capacity for learning delivery.
• Collaborate with design, delivery, technology and compliance teams.
• Manage third-party training provider relationships to ensure quality.
