Yorkshire Water is seeking a Learning Design Manager to lead a team in creating engaging learning content aligned with business needs. You will drive learning that improves capability, confidence and performance in a regulated utility context.

Qualifications

• Translate complex business, technical or operational information into clear, engaging learning content.
• Design learning content, pathways or blended interventions to improve capability and performance.
• Strong understanding of learning design principles, adult learning and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across learning design standards, content development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure learning content is aligned to brand, values and real work environments.
• Drive performance-focused learning design with measurable outcomes.
• Stay abreast of digital learning, AI-enabled learning and microlearning to improve offerings.
