Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking a Learning Engagement & Delivery Manager to lead how we design and deliver learning that improves capability, compliance and performance across our teams in Leeds. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will partner with subject matter experts, design and delivery teams, and suppliers to translate business needs into effective learning interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a learning, HR, organisational development, business partnering or operational performance environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence decisions and build trusted relationships.
• Experience translating business needs into structured plans, briefs or interventions.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demand and delivery risks.
• Understanding of the learning cycle (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
• Ability to use data, insight and feedback to shape priorities and assess impact.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear learning briefs and outcomes.
• Own the learning demand and triage process.
• Oversee learning delivery planning and capacity management.
• Partner with learning specialist teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage third-party training provider relationships and procurement.
