Job summary

Zachary Daniels in London is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to shape how colleagues learn, develop and grow across a leading retail brand. The role focuses on designing engaging learning experiences, building capability and ensuring people thrive from onboarding to future opportunities.

You will partner with leaders to deliver blended programmes across store and head office, create digital content and support talent development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering engaging learning programmes.
• Strong facilitation skills with the confidence to present to audiences at every level.
• Experience creating blended learning solutions across classroom, virtual and digital platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, energetic approach with the ability to work independently.
• A passion for developing people and building capability.
• Strong organisational and influencing skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, with experience creating high-quality learning materials.
• Coaching experience or video editing skills would be a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and future development needs.
• Design and deliver engaging learning programmes across retail and head office.
• Create blended learning experiences including face-to-face workshops, virtual learning and digital content.
• Develop product knowledge programmes with internal SMEs.
• Facilitate workshops that inspire, challenge and build confidence.
• Support talent development, succession planning and career pathways.
• Review impact of learning programmes and adapt where needed.
• Help create an outstanding onboarding experience for new colleagues across the UK, US and France.
• Be a trusted partner to retail teams and support learning initiatives.
