You will develop coaching plans, onboard new starters and champion digital learning tools, ensuring training drives measurable business impact across a high-profile retail team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail training and development.
• Experience designing training programmes and development plans.
• Strong in training needs analysis and gap identification.
• Track record of coaching individuals and leaders and giving feedback.
• Experience in large, high-volume customer environments.
• Strong commercial awareness of KPIs, CRM, clienteling and conversion.
• Ability to use data to measure training impact.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own in-store training and development agenda.
• Partner with Store Leadership to identify capability gaps.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and coaching.
• Build development plans and monitor progress.
