Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Manager to shape learning across a growing retail group. You will lead the learning strategy, design talent programmes and work with senior leaders to drive internal progression and leadership capability.

In this role you will manage the LMS, deliver blended learning, and build frameworks for succession planning, with a focus on measurable business impact and staff development across Head Office and stores.

Qualifications

• Experience leading L&D or Talent Development strategy.
• Track record delivering leadership development programs.
• Experience with multi-site/retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Learning & Talent Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability needs across the organisation.
• Design and deliver blended learning programmes for Head Office and operations.
• Create talent development programmes including succession planning and emerging talent initiatives.
• Oversee LMS and digital learning tools, ensuring engaging content.
• Measure impact with data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Manage external providers and apprenticeship programmes where appropriate.
• Champion continuous learning and leadership development.
