Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, facilitate and continuously enhance engaging learning solutions across the organisation. You will work with the Global Head of Learning & Development and partners across Retail, Corporate and Distribution Centre teams to deliver impactful learning experiences that build capability and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Experience with learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360).
• Strong problem-solving, project management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, accountable and results-driven.
• Understanding of retail selling and customer experience.
• Experience supporting learners.
• Willingness to travel across locations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and facilitate engaging learning programmes across face-to-face, virtual and blended environments for Retail, Corporate and Distribution Centre teams.
• Design, develop and facilitate engaging retail learning programmes enhancing product knowledge, customer experience, and selling capability.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and translate into practical solutions, virtually and classroom.
• Create high-quality learning resources: facilitator guides, presentations, digital content, learner workbooks and job aids.
• Support ongoing LMS management, administration, communications, reporting and digital learning pathways.
• Identify learning opportunities and propose new initiatives to enhance employee learning experience.
• Coordinate learning activities, programmes and calendars to ensure effective delivery.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to meet organisational needs.
• Keep up to date with learning trends and digital learning best practices.
