Job summary

Sainsbury's invites applications for a Learning Partner to support a dynamic regional team in South & West London. You will deploy learning in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring a high-quality experience for colleagues at induction, virtually or on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with store leadership, People teams and regional directors to drive development and consistent processes across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills to connect with colleagues at all levels.
• Confident communicator, able to guide groups and support learning.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple stores regionally.
• Experience using insights/data to identify performance opportunities.
• Willingness to follow processes and deploy learning across stores.

Responsibilities

• Deploy learning across the South & West London region to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Partner with training stores to shape induction and learning programmes for managers.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors, Area Managers and People teams to ensure consistent delivery.
• Use data and feedback to evaluate learning impact and suggest interventions.
• Support regional People activity and assist with store openings, closures and refreshes.
