Job summary

DJH in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join our L&D team. You’ll be the go-to for learning queries, help coordinate calendars, and support learners across the group.

Based in our Stoke or Bexley office (we're open!), it’s a great opportunity for an ambitious person to grow within a forward-thinking firm. You’ll coordinate calendars, manage exams, and build strong tutor relationships while refining processes with the Head of L&D.

Qualifications

• Be an organised individual who will help take learning and development to the next level.
• Familiar with accountancy apprenticeship framework or similar; prior experience as an Assessor/Talent or Skills Coach is desirable.
• Love getting to know people and cultivating long-lasting relationships.
• Motivated by a fast-paced and bustling environment.
• Proactive attitude toward tasks, big or small, simple or complex.
• Thrives working to achieve great things alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to person for Learning and Development queries with prompt, insightful responses.
• Lead on coordinating the academic and training calendars across the group.
• Manage the exam schedule for learners, monitoring progress and planning upcoming exams.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of learners, meeting with tutors and managers every six weeks.
• Report on feedback to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support the Early Careers function.
• Partner with the Head of Learning and Development to refine and update processes.
