Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator in Stafford, England. You will support the L&D Manager by organising training, maintaining records and acting as a point of contact for employees and external providers.

With a minimum of two years in a similar role, you will manage deadlines, work across systems and build strong relationships across the business. A full UK driving licence and travel when required are essential.

Qualifications

• You’ll have at least two years’ experience in a similar role with strong organisational skills and thorough administration.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and work across multiple systems.
• Experience in HR or L&D teams is relevant; CIPD Level 3 is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating training bookings, assessments and enrolments.
• Tracking learning progress, deadlines and costs.
• Maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
• Liaising with training providers to resolve queries and support learners.
• Coordinating mandatory training across the business.
• Updating learning materials and improving administrative processes.
