DJH is seeking a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join our L&D team at Stoke on Trent or nearby offices. You will coordinate calendars, manage learner exams, and serve as the first point of contact for L&D queries, working with tutors and managers to strengthen the learner experience.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement and an opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking, fast-paced firm.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating calendars across a group.
• Experience supporting Learning and Development activities.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with tutors and managers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the go-to person for L&D queries and provide prompt, insightful responses.
• Lead on coordinating the academic and training calendars across the group.
• Manage exam schedules and monitor learner progress.
• Engage with learners, tutors and managers in regular six-week meetings.
• Report feedback to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Early Careers.
• Refine and update L&D processes with the Head of L&D.
