Qualifications

• Experience in L&D, training coordination or HR administration.
• Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of apprenticeships or industry training (CITB, CSCS).

Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate diverse training programmes.
• Manage bookings and certifications for training.
• Oversee the LMS and maintain accurate data.
• Support the coordination of graduate and apprentice programmes.
