With a post‑money valuation of $1.7bn, a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to keep scaling and building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Role Overview

Content Asset Manager is crucial for owning the quality, governance and lifecycle of our Learning Content as it is released to learners and maintained within our technology system. The ideal candidate drives discipline and execution to manage our central content repository efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Content Library: manage the company’s central repository of all learning content, organising, cataloguing and maintaining it for easy accessibility and delivery via the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Technical Documentation & Linking: work with Programme Designers, Learning Designers and Enterprise Learning Architects to collate technical documentation and ensure content is accurately linked to the right cohorts for personalised learning experiences.
  • Metadata Management: develop and enforce clear metadata and taxonomy standards to improve content search‑ability and retrieval, a core function of a Digital Asset Management system.
  • Quality Control & Resolution: own the final polish review of content, fixing any issues before it goes live; project‑manage the resolution of polish or bug issues once content is live with minimal guidance.
  • Establish & Enforce Content Governance: support team upskilling on rules and standards for all learning content, ensuring adherence to brand, tone of voice and design standards.
  • Rights Management (Compliance): apply asset management principles to ensure content usage complies with brand guidelines, licensing and internal standards.
  • Project‑manage Content Lifecycle: work with the Data Analyst to track content usage and performance, then create data‑driven recommendations for updates, retirement or recreation.
  • Strategic Execution: turn longer‑term goals into actionable steps for team members or contractors.
  • Continuous Improvement: actively look for opportunities to iterate and improve content systems, utilising AI to enhance operating systems and content development practices; help determine which tools are used to develop learning assets across programmes.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience and Knowledge: seasoned professional with full understanding of content management and governance.
  • Communication: able to explain complicated concepts simply to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Execution and Discipline: consistently deliver on commitments on time and to an exceptional standard; can ship items that are not 100% and improve them later.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: model collaborative behaviour; peers seek you out as a trusted source of feedback.
  • Problem Solving: make recommendations and drive change by identifying and resolving clearly defined problems with minimal guidance, often removing obstacles with help from peers.
Benefits
  • Time off – 27 days holiday plus 5 additional days (1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company‑wide wellbeing days and 8 bank holidays).
  • Health & Wellness – private medical insurance with Bupa, medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub, access to Spill.
  • Hybrid work – collaborate in the office three days per week (with exceptions for Coaches and Instructors).
  • Work‑from‑anywhere scheme – up to 10 days per year.
  • Space to connect – weekly catch‑ups, seasonal celebrations, well‑stocked kitchen.
