Love creating learning that actually changes something?
We're partnering with a large, purpose-led organisation to recruit a Talent, Learning & Organisational Development Partner for an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity.
This isn't a role that's simply about delivering training.
It's an opportunity to design, develop and implement learning, leadership and organisational development initiatives that support real business needs, strengthen leadership capability and help create lasting behavioural change.
We're looking for someone enthusiastic, creative and proactive with a genuine 'can do' approach, someone who enjoys getting under the skin of what a team or organisation needs and turning that into engaging, practical people solutions.
If you enjoy the mix of L&D, OD, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder partnering and project work, there's plenty here to get stuck into.
Working within an established Talent, Learning and OD function, you'll partner with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to identify needs and develop solutions that support both people and organisational performance.
The role will include:
We're interested in speaking with experienced L&D, Talent or Organisational Development professionals who can demonstrate:
Experience within change or transformation environments would be particularly useful.
Exposure to early careers programmes or diagnostic tools such as DISC, SDI, Strengthscope or Myers-Briggs would also be beneficial, although these aren't essential.
A relevant Level 5 CIPD or Learning & Development qualification is desirable rather than essential.
This is a great opportunity to join a values-led organisation with a strong social purpose, working within an established People and Talent function where learning and development plays an important role in wider organisational transformation.
You'll have the freedom to be creative, build strong relationships and work across a varied portfolio of leadership, learning and OD projects, with the opportunity to see the impact of the work you deliver.
