CMA Recruitment Group is recruiting a Learning & Development Partner for a public sector organisation on the outskirts of Bournemouth, Dorset. The role focuses on designing leadership development initiatives and delivering engaging learning programmes to a range of audiences.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, facilitate workshops and coaching sessions, and measure impact to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, delivering, and implementing learning and organisational development initiatives.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience working with diverse groups and senior leaders.
• Demonstrable ability to influence, coach, and build effective relationships across organisational levels.
