Qualifications

• Holds or working towards a level 7 qualification in leadership and management.
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD).
• Experience in a learning and development role.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Learning Manager when necessary.
• Design and deliver Talent and Learning programmes.
• Lead the delivery of the Corporate Induction.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training.
• Collaborate with the Apprenticeship Lead.
