Job summary

Saab UK, Fareham, invites applications for an Integration Team Lead to oversee the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and associated equipment within the Saab Seaeye unit. You will ensure alignment with configuration documents, meet delivery schedules and maintain the highest quality standards.

The role requires leadership of a fast-paced team, strong communication, and a solid electronics background with fibre optic experience.

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience is essential.
• Ability to lead a fast paced production area and ensure deadlines are met.
• Good communication skills are required.
• A minimum HNC/HND qualification preferably in Electronics.
• Knowledge of fibre optic termination, testing and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and in-line with delivery schedules and high quality.
• Support offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
• Lead fault finding and implement improvements to product quality and efficiency.
