Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK is seeking an Integration Team Lead to head the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and their equipment for the Saab Seaeye unit in Fareham. You will guide a team, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to the highest quality, with hands-on involvement in integration, testing and commissioning as needed.

The role requires proven team leadership in a fast-paced production environment, strong communication, and an electronics background

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience is essential.
• Ability to lead a fast paced production area and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• HNC/HND qualification preferably in Electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure projects finish on time and in line with delivery schedules.
• Oversee testing and verification of systems to meet customer requirements.
• Provide offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
• Uphold 6S and health & safety practices in the workplace.
