Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an Integration Team Lead for the Fareham area to lead the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and their support equipment. You will ensure timely project completion and adherence to configuration documents and quality standards.

Lead the team in fault diagnosis and ensure efficient resolution, while coordinating testing, commissioning, and offshore support as needed. Strong leadership and electronics background required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• HNC/HND qualification in Electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integration Team in assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Oversee testing to ensure system functionality and alignment with customer specifications.
• Coordinate offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
