Job summary

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a Mixologist Team Leader on a fixed-term contract to drive daily store operations and guest experiences. You will lead the team, open and close the store, communicate targets, and ensure safety and cleanliness while maintaining full stock and presentation of products.

You will delegate tasks, monitor workload, support the team in the manager’s absence, and implement any approved business changes. A fun, ethical environment awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a small team and delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to open/close the store and manage daily tasks with the team.
• Strong communication with store management for load and targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer experience is delivered by leading by example.
• Oversee smooth store operations, opening/closing, targets, and safety standards.
• Coordinate withStore & Assistant Store Manager on daily, weekly, monthly tasks.
• Delegate tasks, monitor completion, and maintain tidy, well-stocked shelves.
• Keep samples relevant, tasty, and displayed neatly; ensure kitchen materials are available.
• Assist in addressing team inquiries in the absence of a manager.
• Help implement business changes and perform ad hoc tasks as directed.
