Job summary

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a Tea Mixologist for the Bluewater store on a part-time, temporary basis until 24 December 2026. You will delight customers with tea-based drinks, build product knowledge, and support store operations with hospitality flair.

Responsibilities include handling till transactions, promoting our brand, stocking, sampling, and participating in events. A friendly, empathetic approach and weekend/evening flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail or hospitality.
• Brand ambassador representing the brand and culture.
• Passion for our products and sharing enthusiasm with customers.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and achieve store sales targets.
• Handle till transactions smoothly and accurately.
• Follow store procedures including deliveries, stocktakes and replenishment.
• Maintain health, safety, and tidy work environment.
• Support store events and sampling in and outside the store.
