Bird & Blend Tea Co. in London, Portobello, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail store. You will drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment.

You will manage budgets, plan marketing activities, coordinate daily operations, and build a loyal local customer base while upholding the brand ethos and sustainability goals. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a management role within customer service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team to deliver results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer experience and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Lead, motivate and support your team to achieve goals.
• Drive sales targets and KPIs with the Assistant Manager.
• Organise staff rotas and oversee daily store operations.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Build relationships with local community and stakeholders.
• Oversee events, samples and in-store promotions.
• Manage stock, stock takes and budget adherence.
