Job summary

Bird & Blend Tea Co. Exeter is seeking a part-time Tea Mixologist to deliver an exceptional, interactive customer experience. You will mix tea drinks, share knowledge about our blends, and support stock, cleanliness, and event participation within the store.

As a friendly brand ambassador, you will engage customers with samples, maintain high service standards, and adapt to varied shifts including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1-1 sales in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Representing the brand and culture in customer interactions.
• Passion for the product and ability to share enthusiasm with customers.
• Strong customer service with rapport-building skills.
• Professional and inclusive behavior with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Passion for Sales: use enthusiasm to sell products and hit store targets.
• Till Transactions: handle tills smoothly and accurately.
• Store Procedures: follow procedures for delivery, stocktakes, replenishment, and organization.
• Health & Safety: maintain a safe, tidy work environment.

• Team Support: work with the store management and teammates.
• Product Expertise: become expert on Bird & Blend products and ethics.
