Lead Support Worker (Support Coordinator)

Exeter, Devon

1 x Permanent and 1 x 12 months secondment – full time (37.5 hours per week) on a 4‑week rolling rota, including evenings and weekends.

Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum)

Right to work in the UK required.

Typical Day

• Create support plans with customers and coordinate a small team
• Assist customers with daily activities (meal prep, shopping, budgeting, etc.) promoting independent living skills
• Conduct risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews
• Enjoy meaningful interactions with customers and colleagues
