• Prior experience as discipline lead on large-scale design projects in nuclear or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of reinforced concrete design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural discipline for scheme design on TMF project.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians in a collaborative environment.
• Ensure practical and buildable concrete designs.
• Balance safety, performance, schedule and cost across project stages.
• Champion continuous improvement in CS&A deliverables.
