Responsibilities

• Champions site reliability culture and practices, documents and shares knowledge within your organization.
• Leads initiatives to improve reliability and stability using data-driven analytics to improve service levels.
• Defines service level indicators and collaborates with stakeholders to establish SLOs and error budgets.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage, troubleshooting and post-incident analysis.
• Serves as the main contact during major incidents and mentors engineers.
• Leads AI-assisted reliability workflows across SDLC with traceability, resiliency, and security controls.
