Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SRE experience demonstrated in large-scale environments.
• Expertise in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise architecture.
• Fluency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, .NET).
• Strong observability skills: SLOs, monitoring, and telemetry with modern tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead engineers through complex problems.
• Ability to teach new languages and collaborate across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and champions site reliability culture and practices within your team.
• Leads initiatives to improve reliability and stability using data-driven analytics.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to set SLOs and error budgets with customers.
• Exhibits deep technical expertise and resolves bottlenecks across domains.
• Acts as main contact during major incidents and guides rapid resolution.
• Documents and shares knowledge through internal forums and communities.
