Loungers plc, Cofio Lounge in Carmarthen, is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will lead shifts, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is of high quality. If you love real cooking and team growth, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• A passionate cook who takes pride in fresh ingredients and consistent quality.
• Proven ability to lead kitchen shifts and maintain high standards on the pass.
• Experience as Sous Chef or junior roles with readiness to step up in Head Chef's absence.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and run day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Manage prep, par, stock, waste, orders and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop junior staff and peers.
