Conto Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll lead shifts, support the Head Chef, and drive high standards across prep to final plating.

Qualifications

• Hospitality kitchen leadership experience required.
• Ability to keep service smooth and on spec.
• Strong eye for food quality, pace, hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to pass.
• Support Head Chef and cover in their absence.
• Maintain high standards on the pass and ensure consistency of dishes.
• Oversee prep, par, stock control, waste, orders and handovers.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and the wider team.
