Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Olmo Lounge, a local café bar. You will be the Head Chef’s right hand, leading kitchen shifts and ensuring every dish leaving the pass is prepared to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef, JuniorSous Chef, or Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
• Ability to lead shifts and maintain high standards on the pass.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and quality cooking.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and cover in their absence.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, pace, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Own key routines: prep, par, stock, waste, orders and handovers.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver great food each shift.
