Loungers plc is seeking a committed Sous Chef to join the Croeso Lounge kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, lead shifts and ensure every plate meets our standards, while embracing our culture of real cooking and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or similar role.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and quality plating.
• Ability to lead kitchen shifts and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to service.
• Support Head Chef and step in during absence.
• Set tone for high standards on the pass and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Manage prep, par, stock, waste, orders and handovers.
• Coach and develop chefs to deliver great food each shift.
