Job summary

Cinco Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes. The role emphasises strong leadership, coaching, and maintaining pass standards across busy services.

With a 48-hour contract (40-hour option), the position offers overtime, a bonus scheme, free shift meals, and career progression opportunities within a growing hospitality brand across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie
• Proven ability to lead service and maintain high kitchen standards
• Ability to coach and develop junior chefs

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts end-to-end from prep to final plate
• Support Head Chef and act as right-hand in their absence
• Maintain pass standards for quality, pace, hygiene and safety
• Own key routines: prep, stock, waste, orders, handovers
• Coach and develop team to deliver great food every shift
