Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or similar role.
• Ability to lead kitchen shifts and keep service smooth.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and consistent quality.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and cover in their absence.
• Maintain high standards on the pass for quality, pace and hygiene.
• Manage prep, stock, waste, orders and handovers.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and share knowledge.
