Loungers, featuring Gallico Lounge, is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef, lead service shifts, and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets high standards. The role offers progression opportunities and a vibrant team culture across our lounges.

• Must take pride in fresh ingredients and consistent plating.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to the role.
• Lead by example with high standards on the pass, quality and safety.
• Able to own shifts in Head Chef's absence and manage stock/handovers.
• Coach and develop chefs around you to improve skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and ensure consistent results across services.
• Maintain high standards on pass, hygiene, and safety.
• Own key kitchen routines: prep, stock, waste, orders, and handovers.
• Coach the team to build confidence and culinary skills.
