Costero Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef, guide the brigade through service and ensure every plate leaves the pass with pride. Loungers offers a real progression path and a competitive package.

The role is a permanent full-time position on a 48-hour contract (40-hour option available) with overtime, bonus scheme, and staff perks such as meal on shift and generous staff discounts from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie transitioning to senior role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a kitchen shift and maintain high standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep through to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and cover in absence while delivering consistently strong results.
• Maintain high standards on the pass, focusing on quality, pace, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Manage prep, stock, waste, orders and smooth shift handovers.
