The Lounges is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for the Posadero Lounge kitchen. You’ll support the Head Chef, lead the team through service, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is of high quality.

Qualifications

• A passionate cook who takes pride in fresh ingredients and high standards.
• Leads by example on the pass, supports the team and never cuts corners.
• Able to take ownership of a shift in the Head Chef's absence, from prep to stock management.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts from prep to final plate.
• Support day-to-day operations and cover in Head Chef's absence.
• Set high standards for food quality, pace, hygiene and safety.
• Own key kitchen routines: prep/par, stock control, waste, orders and handovers.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food every shift.
