Job summary

Loungers' Posadero Lounge is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will lead kitchen shifts, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is proudly presented. If you love real cooking and teamwork, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie.
• A passionate cook with pride in fresh ingredients and high standards.
• Leads by example and supports Head Chef.
• Ownership of a shift in the Head Chef's absence.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and cover in their absence.
• Set tone for high standards on the pass: quality, pace, hygiene and safety.
• Oversee prep, par, stock, waste, orders and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food every shift.
