Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Sotto Lounge, part of our Casual Dining Group. You will lead the kitchen team, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets our quality standards.

• Experience in kitchen leadership and running shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and cover in their absence.
• Maintain high standards on the pass for quality, pace, and cleanliness.
• Own key kitchen routines: prep, stock, waste, orders, handovers.
• Coach and develop the kitchen team to deliver great food each shift.
