Loungers plc’s Alto Lounge is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to lead kitchen shifts, support the Head Chef and ensure every dish meets high standards. This role offers a 48-hour contract (40-hour option), overtime pay and an achievable bonus, plus benefits such as staff meals and day-one discounts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading kitchen shifts and managing a team.
• Experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Commitment to high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to coach and develop junior chefs.

Aufgaben

• Lead kitchen shifts from prep to plating with consistency.
• Support Head Chef and stand in when needed.
• Maintain high standards on the pass for speed, quality and cleanliness.
• Own key routines: prep, par, stock, waste, orders and handovers.
• Mentor and develop the kitchen team to deliver great food.
