Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Palacio Lounge, part of our casual dining family. You’ll support the Head Chef, lead kitchen shifts, and ensure every plate leaving the pass meets our high standards and pride in real cooking.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen shifts and supporting Head Chef.
• Proven ability to maintain high food quality and consistency.
• Strong teamwork and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and step in during absence.
• Set tone for high standards on pass, ensuring hygiene and safety.
• Manage prep, par, stock, waste, orders and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop chefs to deliver great food every shift.
