Job summary

Loungers plc's Lago Lounge in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, lead shifts, and ensure every dish that leaves the pass is produced to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth service from prep to plate.
• Support Head Chef and cover in their absence to keep operations running.
• Set high standards on the pass for food quality, pace, hygiene and safety.
• Manage prep, stock, waste, orders and handovers during shifts.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and teammates to deliver great food.
