Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Ostello Lounge, part of our casual dining family. You’ll lead the kitchen team, support the Head Chef and ensure every dish leaving the pass is impeccable. Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
• Ability to lead kitchen shifts and manage a team
• Commitment to high standards of food quality and hygiene

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts from prep to final plate to ensure smooth service
• Support Head Chef and stand in during absence to maintain consistency
• Set high standards on pass for quality, pace, cleanliness and safety
• Manage prep, par, stock, waste and shift handovers efficiently
• Coach junior staff and develop the team’s cooking skills and confidence
