Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Drago Lounge, a busy café bar within the Loungers group. You will lead kitchen shifts, support the Head Chef and drive high standards across the kitchen.

You will oversee prep, stock, and shift handovers, mentor junior chefs, and ensure every plate leaves the pass with pride. This role offers progression opportunities within a growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Proven ability to lead kitchen shifts and manage service quality.
• Strong standards in food safety, hygiene and pace.

Responsabilités

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, keeping service smooth and on spec from prep to final plate.
• Be the Head Chef’s right hand, supporting daily operations and covering in their absence.
• Set high standards on the pass with attention to food quality, pace, cleanliness and safety.
• Own key kitchen routines: prep/par, stock control, waste, orders and shift handovers.
• Coach and support the team to build confidence and deliver great food each shift.
