Job summary

Estadio Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef, lead shifts, and ensure every dish leaves the pass to the highest standard.

We offer a competitive base salary with bonus and overtime, a 48-hour contract (40-hour option), staff meals, discounts, and real progression opportunities through in-house training and Step-Up programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach the kitchen team.
• Commitment to high standards on the pass and food quality.
• Ability to manage prep, par, stock, waste and handovers.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, ensuring service runs smoothly from prep to final plate.
• Support the Head Chef and step in during absence to maintain strong results.
• Set the tone for high standards on the pass, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
