Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, or ready to step up
• Passion for fresh ingredients and cooking to high standards
• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and manage service

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts from prep to final plate, keeping service smooth
• Support Head Chef and step in during absences
• Maintain high standards of food quality, pace, cleanliness and safety
